Blue Blade Steel offers the highest quality high carbon steel AISI/SAE 1045, 1050, 1055, 1060, 1070, 1074, 1075, 1080, 1085, 1090, 1095 and C67S strip coil. Sometimes referred to as clock spring steel, or scaleless blue steel, our high carbon pretemp spring steel meets ROHS and DFARS compliance regulations. To meet your exacting high carbon steel requirements, our on-site state-of-the-art tempering lines and computerized edging equipment can provide you with the custom hardness, finishes and edging needed for your specific processes and parts. Gauge range is from 0.011 to 0.125 inches in thickness with widths from 0.400 to 12.5 inches depending upon the application.
